How do I get access?
By coach invite. There's no public sign-up right now. If you're already working with a coach, you'll get an email invite. If you're not, request coaching and I'll talk to you first.
What if I'm a total beginner?
That's fine. Your plan is built around where you are now. Your coach sets the lifts, loads, and targets to match your level, then moves them as you get stronger.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Neither plan locks you in. Cancel whenever from your profile, and your training history stays yours to export.
Do I have to install anything?
No app store needed. Add it to your home screen and it opens just like a normal app, on iPhone or Android.
What about my data?
Your data is yours. Download it or delete your account anytime from your profile. See our privacy page for the detail.
